Mi canción del día

Me enamoré de "True Blood" en cuanto vi su cartel promocional. Después me dejé fascinar por la canción que constituía la banda sonora perfecta de las imágenes con las que comienza cada capítulo, imágenes cautivadoramente ilustrativas de lo que nos espera si decidimos continuar pegados al televisor/ordenador. Puede que no sea más que una historia de vampiros, pero a mí siempre me ha parecido una feroz crítica a la hipócrita sociedad estadounidense. Aunque, para mí, el éxito de la serie radica en sus detalles. Detalles como titular un capítulo con el nombre de "9 crimes" y terminar el mismo con una acojonante versión de este temazo de Damien Rice. Lo de que la letra encaje a la perfección con la temática del capítulo, convergiendo todas las historias del mismo hacia este resumen musical con el que se inician los créditos es demasiado obvio como para ser resaltado.
